Why Choose Selah?

There is an overwhelming amount of information available about what health is and what makes someone healthy. Discovering your underlying “why” and navigating your unique “how” requires more intuition than information.

Selah Integrative Wellness was created for that journey. We tailor to each unique individual, empowering you to pause, reflect, and connect so you can experience personal transformation and build resilient health. We believe personalized wellness is best for the journey and the adventurer (that’s YOU). We come alongside you, get to know you, and walk with you toward thriving.

Meet Danielle

My background in athletic training and exercise physiology, paired with over ten years of experience working in pediatric community healthcare, fuels my enthusiasm for helping individuals and families find rhythms that lead to health and vitality. Witnessing and experiencing the challenges of being well, and encouraging those around me to be well (particularly in parenting), led me to become a Certified Women’s Health Coach and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I believe our bodies are designed to thrive, and in both my career and lifelong pursuit of learning, I have come to understand much about engaging this innate capacity.

I envision all individuals and families thriving in resilient wellness, empowered to live confidently in the full beauty of their unique calling. Visions become reality one day at a time, and wellness is a journey. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your path.

My work with individuals, groups and families isn’t a solo project. I love to collaborate and integrate across a wide range of disciplines and professions. I continue to work with innovators at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Trying Together, Awaken Pittsburgh, The Flourish Group, University of Pittsburgh Office of Child Development, Tuscarora Intermediate Unit 11, and The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy. I am grateful for these partners in health and keep an eye on the horizon for new opportunities to collaborate.
